Personalization in 2025 is not 'Hi {{firstName}}'. It's a model that reads the prospect's last public post, identifies a specific outcome they care about, and writes a single line that ties your offer to that outcome. Anything less is spam wearing a different hat.

Deliverability eats every other variable for breakfast. Warm up your domains for at least three weeks, keep daily volumes humane, and rotate inboxes. A perfect message that lands in spam is worth nothing.

The metric that matters is positive reply rate per dollar of compute and seat cost, not open rate. Open rates lie. Reply rates don't.
